Suzanne Dajczak

Suzanne Dajczak has been practicing law for 35 years and for the most of her time in practice has been assisting injured workers to obtain benefits through the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB). She regularly appears before the WSIB Appeals Services Division and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal (WSIAT). In 2001 Suzanne became the first injured worker representative certified by the Law Society of Ontario as a Specialist in Workplace Safety & Insurance Law. She is one of only twelve professionals in Ontario to hold this designation.

Suzanne completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at the University of Windsor, a Certificate of International Comparative Law at the University of San Diego (Mexico City campus) and her Bachelor of Laws Degrees at the University of Western Ontario. She was called to the Bar in 1989.

In her practice she continues to have a special interest in mental health issues. Suzanne represented the psychiatrists at Hotel Dieu Grace Hospital on issues before the Consent and Capacity Board for over 15 years. She is a former member of the Board of Directors of Hotel Dieu Grace Hospital, Harrow Health Centre, John McGivney Centre, Essex County Children’s Aid Society, Alzheimer’s Society and is a past chair with the Rotary Club of Windsor (1918). She currently a Board member of the Essex Regional Conservation Foundation.

Paul Rochford

Paul has practiced law since 2003 in a number of practice areas and on two continents! He was originally called to the Bar of Ireland in 2003 while still serving in the Irish Defence Forces. He completed the final years of his service as a Legal Officer in the Office of the Deputy Judge Advocate General before retiring in the rank of Commandant (Major). Paul was the called to the Bar of Ontario in 2007 and practiced employment law in two boutique employment law litigation firms in Toronto before returning to Ireland in 2014. There he advised and represented businesses for Ireland’s largest business representative and lobbying firm before joining one of Ireland’s largest full-service law firms, Mason Hayes and Curran LLP, where he became a partner in the firm’s employment law practice.

Paul has now returned to Ontario and assists our clients with their claims with the WSIB and on appeal to the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal. He also represents our clients before the Social Security Tribunal of Canada in relation to Canada Pension Plan Disability claims and appeals. When not in the office, Paul can be found on the sideline of his kids’ various sporting activities or watching his beloved Liverpool FC soccer team – even with the five-hour time difference! Paul has also lectured in employment and business law at St. Clair College in Windsor.
